Management will provide the local union president or designee with the following information for proposed NTFT duty assignments: CSV reports, FDB report, LDC 42 and LDC 48 reports, Mail Arrival Profile, e1994 data, WOS Earned to Actual Staffing hours, CSAW reports. The information will be provided, electronically whenever possible, at no cost to the Union and no information request needed. Sets 7-10 day timeline upon receipt of this information for the parties to meet at the local level and for the Union to provide comment, suggestions and alternatives. Any exception to this process can only occur through mutual agreement. Agreement is prospective, any prior disputes on this issue will be resolved in ADRP.
