We mutually agreed that there is nothing contractually improper about management indicating the name, in parenthesis, of the steward who filed the union grievance on the subject line of the Step 2 answer. To use the union president's name when he did not file the grievance and does not desire that his name be used, under the circumstances, seems arbitrary and not conducive to good
labor-management relations.
