The issue in this grievance is whether a questionnaire developed for use when an employee calls in sick at the Sarasota Post Office violates the National Agreement. During our discussion we agreed that the items listed under "IF ILLNESS", with the exception of expected duration, exceed the provisions of ELM 513.332 and are to be deleted from the questionnaire.
Accordingly, the case is hereby remanded to Step 3 for implementation of the above agreement. a
