We mutually agreed that the employees in this case were not assigned to permanent new reporting hours immediately after their jobs were abolished. On September 6, 1980, they were detailed from what was considered by management as their normal reporting time of 6:00 a.m. to new hours of 9:30 a.m. Not until September 20, 1980, were they permanently assigned to new hours. They shall receive out-of-schedule premium for the hours worked outside of their regular tour.
