The question in this grievance is whether or not rnangernent violates Article XVI of the National.Agreement when a supervisor administered a discussion to an employee in an open area which could be viewed by other employees. It is our position that the discussions did meet the requirements of Article XVI. No evidence was presented by the Union to indicate that any other employee either heard or understood the nature of the discussion or its content. Accordingly, as we find no violation of the National Agreement, this grievance is denied.
