The question raised in this grievance is whether the grievant was properly compensated for night differential for the period of time she received window training after being permanently assigned to the schedule of her bid Distribution/Window clerk position. A thorough review of available information revealed no evidence that a contractual violation occurred in the circumstances present in this case. Management correctly applied the provisions of Management Instruction EL-730-80-11: Section II. C.3.; and ELM 434.222 to the fact circumstances in this case.
