APWU Mourns Slaying in Florida

The APWU notes with sadness the tragic death of Bruce Parton, a Letter Carrier who was shot to death on his route in Miami this week.

The shooting occurred on the afternoon of Monday, Dec. 6.

“On behalf of our members and postal workers across the country, we offer our sympathy to the victim’s family and co-workers,” said APWU President Cliff Guffey.
