Dealing with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) Training Seminar

The Industrial Relations Department in conjunction with the APWU attorneys will be conducting a seminar on Dealing with the National Labor Relations Board. The seminar will cover topics like the Duty of Fair Representation and what locals must do when contacted by the NLRB. This seminar is intended as general information and is neither legal training nor legal advice.  

Two sessions are scheduled on April 5, 2022: 

• 1:00 – 3:00 pm EST 

• 7:00 – 9:00 pm EST 

Each session will cover the same material with a short question and answer period for general questions at the conclusion of the presentation.  

Registration is open to State and Local Officers. Any others wishing to attend the seminar must have local president approval.
