Arbitrator Das ruled that "[an] eligible employee who is scheduled by management to work and does work on a non-overtime basis on a Sunday, even if the employee was scheduled on Sunday pursuant to a request for a temporary schedule change for personal convenience, is entitled to Sunday premium pay under Article 8.6 of the National Agreement.
