The number of NTFT duty assignments will be limited to the number of Clerk PTRs and/or PTFs working in those functional areas immediately prior to their 8-27-11 conversion. The NTFT assignments will have consecutive days off. Six day work weeks will not be permitted unless there was an existing practice prior to the conversions. Full Time Flexible Clerk NTFT assignments may be created in F7 where PTFs were working prior to conversion and are limited to that number. Exceptions to the above are only by mutual agreement at the local level. A list identifying all PTRs and PTFs immediately prior to their 8-27-11 conversion is attached hereto.
