The question raised in this grievance involved whether local management violated the National! Agreement by attempting to visit the grievant at her home. After further review of this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in the particulars evidenced in this case. We also agreed that whether local management went beyond what is reasonably allowable under the circumstances described in this case can only be determined by evaluating the facts involved. Accordingly, as we further agreed, this case is hereby remanded td the parties at Step 3 for further processing, if necessary.
