We mutually agreed that there was no interpretive dispute between the parties at the National level as to the meaning and intent of Article XIX of the National Agreement as it relates to scheme study time due to abolishment of an assignment. Appropriate on-the-clock study time will be afforded to the senior employee who bids for a duty assignment. After abolishment or written notice of abolishment of the employee's duty assignment by management. The grievant's former duty assignment in this case was abolished.
