This Step 4 Settlement Agreement addresses whether an error found during an EDIT Operator test was properly explained to the grievant. During the discussion, the parties agreed that the provisions of Article 37.4.A.3 applied in this case. Specifically, it was their mutual understanding that one of the conditions which must be met in order for an EDIT test to become a part of an employee's Individual Performance Record is that the supervisor must be able to relate the machine printed record to the operator and identify, where possible, the error causes.
